Happy Birthday Me!

Last year I wasn't a turkey (cause I was still baking) but this year my birthday fell on turkey day! I missed out on the feast (had to get my beauty rest) but woke up in time for my party! Not a big fan of the party hat but I think I can get used to this birthday stuff!
Although I was a little apprehensive about my birthday cake, I didn't hesitate to try it once I saw the Cheerios and Puffs! Mom made me a special sugar free cake topped with banana cream cheese and my favorite finger foods! Jonah didn't mind helping me dig in but he preferred the red velvet cake everyone else was eating.
Daddy and Jonah went out early in the morning and got me some fun balloons to play with! Like I said, I can get used to this birthday thing...check out my toys! I got books, clothes, a sports center, a ball popper, a laptop, a shape sorter and best of all a real slide! It is the coolest and I can tell it's not going to take me long to master it!

Who needs toys...

...When they've got kitchen chairs!
Crawling under the table and through the chairs is one of my favorite things to do. Mom says I'm silly but she'll let me do anything as long as I keep flashing her that beautiful smile!

Check me out!

Jonah calls me "Walker boy" now and here's the proof that mom has been trying to capture for a month now. Yes, I may have been bribed by a Puff...I don't know why she didn't try that sooner...I'd probably stand on my head for one of those! Can't get enough of that yum yum chup!

Fall Hike

This past weekend we discovered the coolest hiking trails right by our house! The Fall leaves are so pretty so we decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather and go exploring. Daddy held me most of the time until Jonah got tired then he carried Jonah and Mommy carried me.
I got to go up on his shoulders and touch all the cool trees!

Jonah did a good job of picking up my cars every time I threw them down.
My parents were trying to keep me up an extra hour because of the daylight saving thing but I was so tired I just wanted to go to bed...no smiles at the end of our hike for me.

Happy Halloween!

Last year I was a jack-o-lantern inside Mama's belly but this year I had my choice of costumes! A duck, a peapod, a pumpkin or a China man...all of Jonah's recycled ones! Mom liked the duck the best but I ended up trick or treating in my chinese outfit because it was a little chilly outside and it kept me the warmest. I just got to ride in my stroller but I had fun and got to stay up past my bedtime! I was a trooper. When we got back home I checked out Jonah's loot before getting in the bath. Why don't people pass out good stuff like Cheerios or Puffs or bananas...?
