HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

My brother the Duck and me, the *Jack-O-Lantern. We're ready to go trick-or-treating! I've still got a good 3 and a half more weeks to bake but mom couldn't resist dressing me up this Halloween. Jonah wasn't too sure what to think of me at first but soon he was pulling up his shirt saying, "me pumpkin".

27 more days!

Since my conception I've been in 2 different countries and 6 states. My latest trip was to Georgia to visit my Great Uncle Robert and Aunt Connie and to celebrate my Pop's 81st birthday. Mom and dad thought this may be our last big road trip for a while so we headed out. Here I am in mom's belly...not to be confused with my Pop's belly! (hee hee) I put on some good wiggle shows while I was there and everyone got to see me move.

6 weeks to go!

Well, I'm growing nice and big...or maybe that's just mom! She says she feels like a blimp. My big brother is trying his best to keep her busy getting up and down off the floor and playing cars with her but her belly keeps getting bigger and bigger. We had our last check-up on Tuesday and everything looked great. Mom just wishes she could see ultrasound pictures of me. Starting next week we'll get to go in for check-ups every week! That means I'm coming soon!

13 weeks to go!

My mom is now 27 weeks pregnant which means only 91 more days for me to bake! Supposedly I am now 14.4 inches long and weigh about 2 lbs. I also sleep and wake at regular intervals (information thanks to http://www.babycenter.com/).

16 weeks to go!

Yesterday my family and I went in for our 24 week check-up. Mom and dad met the second of 3 doctors who may deliver me depending on what day I decide to come. Mom was just thankful he spoke English! Everyone got to hear my heartbeat which was good and healthy and mom's belly is the perfect size so that means I'm growing!

My pouch awaits!

I have a brand new babywearing pouch waiting for me when I get big enough. My grandma Carol made one for my older brother and now she made one for me! Jonah and daddy are modeling it for you in this picture. It looks nice and snug, I'm sure I will love cuddle-bugging in it while being carried around! Thanks Grandma!

I'm a boy!

Big news everyone...I'm a boy! The first time mom and dad tried to find out the cord was between my legs but the second time around, there was no doubt, I'm a xy! Right now I'm about 10 1/2 inches long and my eyelids and eyebrows are fully developed. My mommy is 21 weeks along and she says I wiggle a lot. I've got an older brother named Jonah who I can tell already loves me. He says "baby" and rubs mom's belly. He also thinks there may be a baby in his belly too! Silly boy! I can't wait to meet him and my mom and dad, but I've still got a lot of growing to do between now and then and mommy and daddy have a lot to do too like buy a new house and set up a nursery for me. Here in the States mom won't get any more ultrasounds so this is the last picture of me until I make my grand entrance into the outside world. See you in about 4 months!
